Privacy Policy
Last updated June 9, 2026
This policy explains what information Dalton Street collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.
Who we are
Dalton Street, LLC ("Dalton Street", "we", "us") is a creator and brand representation agency with offices in Boston and Los Angeles. This policy covers this website and any enquiries you send us through it.
Information we collect
This is an informational website. It has no accounts, no checkout, and no on-site forms that store your details. The information we hold falls into three groups:
- Information you give us. When you email or call the contacts listed on this site, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content-delivery providers keep standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of each request. We use these for security, troubleshooting, and operating the site.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites. It reports aggregate trends only, such as page views and referrers.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. Our security and content-delivery provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site against malicious traffic. These are used only to keep the site secure and available.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your enquiry and correspond with you,
- consider partnership and representation opportunities,
- operate, maintain, and secure the website, and
- comply with our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in limited cases:
- Service providers. Trusted vendors that host the site, deliver and secure traffic, and handle our email, acting on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Dalton Street, our talent, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will note the change here.
Our current providers include Cloudflare (content delivery, security, and cookieless analytics) and our website hosting and email providers.
How long we keep information
We keep correspondence and related information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain business records, and to meet legal requirements, after which we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Residents of California and of the EU and UK have specific rights under their local laws. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You can always choose not to send us information, though that may mean we cannot respond to you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including a security and content-delivery layer in front of the site and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where information is handled
We operate from the United States, and information we collect is processed there. If you contact us from another country, you understand your information may be transferred to and handled in the United States.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for a professional, business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party websites and may display the logos of brands we have worked with for identification purposes. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of sites we do not operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of the page. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
